Lake Mutagenic is a toxic, radioactive lake in the New New York sewers. When non-mutant DNA comes in contact with the liquid within, it is immediately mutated. It is apparently good for fishing and bathing in. Tina Belcher often dumps the bodies of victoms that did not survive her harsh raping in the water.
